The Pixie: Serina Vassar, Owner of Wise Bear Functional Nutrition, is a Trauma-Informed, certified Nutritional Therapist and lifestyle coach with a Master’s degree in Counseling and a passion to help people. Serina offers Bio-Individual care and custom nutritional programs to each of her clients. She specializes in optimizing digestion, blood sugar regulation, and supporting the adrenals through eating real food and tweaking lifestyle choices (i.e., adjusting meal or sleep habits). She is a firm believer in the power of eating a diet made up of nutrient-dense, real, unprocessed foods, and it’s ability to provide the body with optimal nutrition.
The Painter: Jeremy Vassar is an expert in contracting (aka getting the job done) with over 17 years experience. He is well-versed in creating delicious comfort-food meals that pack a nutritious punch and practices martial arts (Mauy Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), Bikram yoga, and strength & conditioning weekly. He is a firm believer that our “mental diet” is just as important as our physical diet, and, just like the foods we eat, the media we interact with on a regular basis effects our bodies and our brains.
